THE POMEROY Kananaskis Mountain Lodge
We have reserved a room block for our guests from August 29th to September 1st at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge Hotel. Email instructions have been sent to you to confirm your stay.
For those wishing to arrive early or stay an extra day in the mountains, our group rate can be extended to the night before and after, on August 28th and September 1st. Unfortunately, there is no way to extend your stay through the online booking system. To extend your stay, please call the Reservation Team at 1-833-440-1964 and select option 1 to speak directly to a Pomeroy staff member.
To make your stay as seamless as possible, we have also organized transportation between the hotel and our wedding events. This will help ensure that getting to and from locations is stress-free. Please check our itinerary page closer to the wedding date for updated pick-up and drop-off details.

RECOMMENDED AIRPORTS
The Calgary International Airport is the closest airport to our wedding venue.
For international travellers, note that you will have to clear customs upon arrival, which can add additional time to your travel day. Connecting flights may require you to clear customs in Toronto or Montreal. Please keep this in mind when planning your transportation route from the YYC airport to Kananaskis.

Getting to Kananaskis
There are several transportation options once in Calgary, including:

RENTAL CAR - All major car rental companies are available directly at the airport.
PRIVATE TRANSFER - If you prefer to book a private car we highly recommend booking through the Banff Airporter. To confirm your booking, please connect with the wedding planning team here.
Please note that UBER / TAXI is not available from the airport to the hotel without pre-booking.
Once in Kananaskis, transportation options are limited - so we have chosen to provide shuttle services to and from all wedding events. Due to the remote nature of both venue sites shuttle service is required by all guests, even those who have procured their own transportation for the weekend. Please note that there is no guest parking available at any of the venues, guests are required to utilize the shuttle service Saturday and Sunday.
